Products made with wood, stone, fabric, ceramic, glass, metal, or other natural or handcrafted materials may have reasonable variations in grain, texture, pattern, tone, or finish. These variations are part of the character of the material and are not automatically considered defects.

Customers are responsible for reviewing dimensions and confirming that furniture will fit through doors, hallways, stairways, elevators, and the intended placement area before ordering.

3. Furniture and Assembly

Some products may require assembly. Customers must follow all supplied instructions and use appropriate tools and safety precautions.

Where wall anchoring or anti-tip hardware is supplied or recommended, it should be installed correctly before the furniture is used. Children and pets should not climb, pull on, or play with furniture.

BRIGHT HAVEN SUPPLY LLC is not responsible for damage caused by improper assembly, failure to use required safety hardware, unauthorized modification, misuse, or installation on an unsuitable surface.

If professional installation or assembly is appropriate for a product, the customer is responsible for arranging a qualified service provider.

4. Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not guarantee acceptance.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of:

  • Product unavailability;

  • Incorrect product or pricing information;

  • Payment authorization failure;

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;

  • An incomplete or undeliverable address;

  • Unusual quantities or suspected resale activity;

  • A legal, safety, or compliance concern.

If we cancel a paid order, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Pricing and Taxes

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable sales tax is calculated according to the delivery address and shown during checkout. Bright Haven Supply provides free standard shipping within the United States, subject to the terms of our Shipping Policy.

We may correct an accidental pricing or product-information error before an order ships. If a correction materially affects your order, we will contact you or cancel and refund the affected item.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

Payment may be authorized or collected when an order is placed. Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment cannot be verified.

7. Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States.

Orders normally require 1–2 business days for processing. Estimated carrier transit time is 3–7 business days after shipment.

8. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery.

For returns based on preference, size, color, fit, or another non-defective reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

9. Website Content and Intellectual Property

The Bright Haven Supply name, original written content, graphics, page layouts, photographs, product presentation, and other website materials are owned by or licensed to BRIGHT HAVEN SUPPLY LLC.

You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

10. Reviews and Submitted Content

If you submit a review, photograph, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights.
