Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

Requesting a Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, email info@brighthavensupply.com as soon as possible.

Include:

  • Your full name;

  • Order number;

  • Email address used during checkout;

  • The product or order you wish to cancel.

We will attempt to process the request, but cancellation is not guaranteed after payment verification, fulfillment, packaging, or shipment has started.

Address Changes

Contact us immediately if the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete.

We will try to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the delivery address before submitting an order. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Product Changes

If you ordered the wrong product, color, finish, quantity, or size, contact us promptly.

We cannot guarantee that an existing order can be edited. When an order cannot be modified, it may need to be canceled—if cancellation is still possible—and replaced with a new order.

Orders Already Shipped

An order cannot be canceled after it has shipped.

If the product is eligible, the customer may request a return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

For a non-defective return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refusing Delivery

Do not refuse delivery unless our customer-support team specifically instructs you to do so.

A refused package may result in carrier fees, storage fees, return transportation costs, or processing delays. These reasonable costs may be deducted from an eligible refund where permitted by law.

Cancellation by Bright Haven Supply

We may cancel an order because of:

  • Product unavailability;

  • Incorrect pricing or product information;

  • Payment authorization failure;

  • Suspected fraud;

  • An undeliverable address;

  • A legal, safety, or compliance concern.

If we cancel a paid order, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refund Timing for Canceled Orders

When an eligible cancellation is approved, the refund is submitted to the original payment method.

Although we normally submit approved refunds promptly, the bank or payment provider may require 5–10 business days to display the credit.
